Nikolay Kostov joines CSoft in 2002 as a software developer. During the years he has proven not only his excellent technical literacy and understanding of the dynamic world of innovations but also ability to make far-sighted decisions in order to ensure bright future for the company. Allways demonstrating strong empathy he combines successfully a Chief Operating position with being a caring husband and a father of twins.

Starting as a software developer in 2008 Hristian Atanasov climbed the ladder to the highest tech position in CSoft. His hobby – photography – inspires him to find the most effective tech solutions by observing the little precious things in the surrounding world. Hristian has never been afraid to take responsibility for the growth of young developers. Therefore he put huge effort into the development of our Internship program which brought to us most of our tech professionals and long term members.
Head of Business Analysis and Software Assurance Department
Since 2003 Adriana Sotirova is a vital part of our team with tremendous contribution to the evolution of CSoft. As a Head of the Business Analysis and Software Assurance Department she is always ready to push our business analysts to extend their skills. At the same time she shares her experience and supports them in every challenge they face. By doing so Adriana built a team of highly professional members.
Head of Project Management Department
Anna Petrova is our team member since 2008. We could not get that far without a good understanding of every single project we handle. No matter how complicated the task is we get the best out of it with Anna’s help. She loves travelling around the world which expands her worldview – extremely important asset for her.
