We invite you to become part of the annual internship programs of CSoft. With 30 years of tradition in the field, we owe our long-term success mostly to the formed over the years united and responsible team of experienced professionals and motivated young specialists.

Through our internship programs, we have taken on the responsibility to build a bridge between the academic knowledge in the field of high technology, banking or finance and the daily challenges of real business life.

The internship we conduct is entirely practical. During the program, knowledge and skills related to the work of a QA in a software company are gradually acquired. Each stage begins with a short theoretical and practical lesson, followed by a task that should be completed within a certain period of time.

• The internship is conducted remotely, requiring a presence in our office only for theoretical and practical lessons;
• Each trainee will have a personal mentor, with many years of experience in the field, who will give him feedback and guidelines for the solutions of the tasks;

Duration:

The internship will last 45 calendar days. During this period it is necessary to spend at least 6 hours a day, from Monday to Friday. The goal is to receive quick and adequate help with tasks, to gain a sense of teamwork and to build a real assessment of whether CSoft is the place for your future professional development. This time is not strictly regulated and will be in accordance with your personal commitments.
