This Year CSoft Held its Traditional Spring Team Building in the Most Unforgettable Way

May was a particularly exciting month for us at CSoft. We eagerly got back to our regular gatherings and held the most spectacular spring team building organized so far. We conducted our traditional holiday in the 5-star resort on the beach - Therma Eco Village, where we spent the weekend with our closest relatives and over 30 adorable children of colleagues.

This year, three teams - Massive, Error 404 and Honolulu - competed in the CSoft Games of Honor. The competitors faced many and diverse challenges: an obstacle course; accurate shooting; classic fitness exercises; ciphers; "Tangram" puzzle; Tower of Hanoi. The five complex games tested the teams' speed, agility, dexterity, memory, logical thinking, strategic planning and teamwork. The audience watched many twists and turns, and there was no shortage of suspense for the victory until the last game. Although by a small margin, the team Error 404 collected the most points from the games, closely followed by Massive. Regardless of the third place, Honolulu won the hearts of the children's audience.

The culmination of our team building took place during the official gala dinner, when each of the teams presented to us attractively a decade of CSoft's thirty-year history. Efforts on this extremely challenging task began a month earlier, and the three teams prepared and performed more than excellently. They reminded us how we got here, excited us and made us feel even prouder members of the CSoft family. The votes of the impartial, twenty-member jury determined the winner - Error 404. With only one vote less, Massive grabbed the silver, and Honolulu came in third.

Out of the formal agenda, there were a variety of activities suitable for each one of us. The bravest took part in horseback riding lessons on the seashore and figure skating in one of the largest ice rinks in the Balkans. Fans of warmer activities relaxed in the hotel's spa area and sunbathed around the pool in the garden. The athletes played court tennis, basketball and football. Musical aesthetes enjoyed a remarkable concert-cocktail of the singer Miro, whose magnetic voice and heartfelt attitude struck the final chord of the event.

For the next few weeks, the emotions of the team building did not leave us and even grew into several after-parties. We realized that we came back to the office getting to know each other even better, energized and filled with anticipation for the next professional adventures ahead.
