Every year, our annual teambuilding getaway is more than just a tradition – it's a celebration of who we are as a company: driven, curious, united, and constantly evolving. In 2025, we took that spirit to new heights – quite literally – with a weekend full of energy, inspiration,and shared purpose.
This year, over 200 of us – colleagues and their families – came together at the Lighthouse Golf & SPA Resort for two unforgettable days. Once again, we opened the doors to our loved ones because at CSoft, we believe the strongest teams are built not just at the office, but through real, meaningful connection.
We kicked things off with a vibrant Friday opening party, featuring a dynamic Latino dance show that got everyone on their feet – setting the tone for a weekend full of energy, rhythm, and shared celebration.
Opening in in the Sky
We launched the experience with a grand opening celebration unlike any other – under a sky filled with custom-designed CSoft kites by Sky Wonders, each one symbolizing the high goals we continuously reach together. It was a visual and emotional reminder of how far we've come and how high we aim to go.
This year, we reimagined our approach to the teambuilding. Driven by a desire for more active participation, we moved away from the typical team battles and introduced a dynamic mix of activities that reflected our diverse talents and personalities. Each activity was thoughtfully curated to spark collaboration, stretch comfort zones, and engage minds and bodies alike – just like our day-to-day work in the fast-paced financial software world.
That’s why, during this year’s teambuilding, we set out to learn and grow through experience:
🏌️♂️ Westarted with golf lessons to combine strength, elegance, and strategy – while swinging a golf club;
🎯 At Admiral shooting, we challenged ourselves with range shooting, reminding us of the importance to stay focused and precise – by hitting the target;
🎨 Creativity came alive during “Postcard from Amalfi”, a relaxing art session with SeART where our team members expressed their personal style and creativity – by capturing the world with brushes and paint;
💃 To feel the rhythm and let go – we danced freely to the beat of the music during a joyful swing lesson by Danail Dimitrov and his partner.
🏋️ Some of our most athletic team members took part in an intensive crossfit training session, facing physical challenges that mirrored the determination we bring to our roles.
⚽ Later, we brought out the team spirit with a friendly football match – because when we play together, we grow stronger.
🎻 For those brave enough to truly step out of their comfort zone, we had a surprise in store – a special violin lesson. Only ten curious and courageous colleagues took on the challenge, proving that personal growth often begins where certainty ends. It was a beautiful reminder that embracing the unfamiliarcan lead to unexpected joy and inspiration.
🧠 And ofcourse, we ended the day with what we do best – a quiz night organized by Hastag Studio packed with fun facts, fast thinking, and lots of laughter.
Each activity was a reflection of the mindset we bring to our work: bold, creative, and open to growth.

Our 2025 getaway wasn’t just about having fun – it was about reflecting the CSoft culture: agile, adaptable,people-first. Every activity, every moment shared, brought us closer as a team and reminded us that our greatest strength lies in our unity.
As we move through 2025, we carry with us the memories, the energy, and the spirit of this remarkable weekend. Our teambuilding getaway showed once again that we don’t just work together – we grow together, challenge each other, and lift each other higher.
