A recent milestone in this partnership is the launch of the upgraded e-Postbank and m-Postbank platforms earlier this year – the next level of digital banking. Part of Postbank’s large-scale customer-centric transformation, these innovative platforms were developed in collaboration with CSoft and combine uncompromising security, intuitive design, and extended functionality, delivering an unparalleled banking experience.

Individuality within the bDigital technological platform

‍In its pursuit of the next level of digital banking, Postbank made a strategic choice – building on a proven technology partner and an innovative platform with the flexibility to evolve. The bank chose bDigital as the foundation for its new digital channels.

bDigital is a modern, modular, and cloud-native digital banking platform built on a service-oriented architecture. The solution is designed to support containerization, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices, while providing real-time scalability and resilience.

bDigital was adapted and customized for Postbank into two key platforms:

  • e-Postbank – digital banking through a web browser
  • m-Postbank – mobile banking application

Developed as a white-label solution, bDigital allows full customization – from visual identity to UX logic and business processes – enabling every bank to build its own digital product with a distinct character and direction. Every component, every functionality, and every user experience was created in collaboration between Postbank and CSoft teams – not only as a technological solution but also as a strategic foundation for growth, innovation, and long-term digital leadership.

One of the greatest achievements in Postbank’s digital transformation strategy is the entirely new mobile application, m-Postbank, developed from scratch in a record time of about 9 months thanks to the outstanding professionals who worked on the project. Within this short period, the platform integrated not only all existing functionalities but also dozens of new ones, significantly enhancing the customer experience. Postbank follows a clear strategy and vision for continuously upgrading the platform, enriching it with services and functionalities that provide exceptional added value for customers. This makes the app competitive with the best global examples, with the ambition to keep evolving further.

From concept to over 500,000 active users

The complete digital transformation was achieved in record time – a large-scale project carried out through all key phases with impressive speed and precision. From business analysis and UX design, through development and testing, to full customer migration with specially developed tools – every stage was executed with attention to detail and a focus on quality, ensuring data integrity and security.

The full migration was carried out in four phases. It began with the bank’s internal employees and was then gradually extended to end customers. The final phase was successfully completed in March, and today the new digital platform serves over 500,000 active users.

With this project, the CSoft team reaffirmed its technological expertise, experience in managing complex banking initiatives, and ability to deliver complete solutions within short timeframes – without compromising on quality, security, or user experience.

Innovative new digital banking under the leadership of Postbank
