For more than ten years, CSoft has been investing in future IT professionals through internship programs designed around practical learning, mentorship, and teamwork. This June, another group of students in Varna successfully completed the latest edition of the program, continuing the established Quality Assurance and Software Development tracks while introducing Mobile Development for the first time.
Three Programs, One Goal
This year's internship program offered students the opportunity to develop their skills across three specialized areas.
The Quality Assurance Internship introduced participants to software testing methodologies, quality control, and defect analysis. Through practical exercises and guided assignments, interns learned how QA contributes to building secure and reliable software products.

The Software Development Internship provided hands-on experience with modern development practices, exposing participants to coding standards, software architecture, and collaborative development workflows. Rather than focusing solely on writing code, the program encouraged interns to understand how technology supports real business needs.

For the first time, CSoft also launched a Mobile Development Internship, reflecting the growing importance of mobile technologies within digital banking. The new program gives interns the opportunity to explore mobile application development while learning from experienced professionals working on customer-facing financial solutions.
The Value of Mentorship
One of the defining characteristics of the CSoft Internship Program is mentorship.
Every participant works alongside an experienced professional who provides continuous guidance, practical advice, and constructive feedback throughout the program. Having a dedicated mentor helps interns overcome technical challenges, build confidence, and gain a better understanding of professional expectations.
Equally important, mentors share the experience that cannot be found in textbooks, how to approach complex problems, and continuously improve their knowledge in software development and QA.
Throughout the internship, participants are encouraged to ask questions and exchange ideas. They also learn an important lesson for today's technology landscape: understanding business logic and writing quality code remain irreplaceable skills. AI can accelerate the work of a good engineer, but it cannot replace the judgment, responsibility, and practical experience behind a technical decision.
Thinking about your first step in technology?
Building on the success of this year's spring program, CSoft is preparing to welcome its next group of interns this July.
