This summer, the CSoft Internship 2025 brought fresh energy, bold ideas, and future talent into our offices. We had two parallel programs —one focused on Software Development and the other on Quality Assurance (QA) —giving interns the opportunity to learn and grow their knowledge alongside our experts. Over the course of 6 weeks, participants worked over their own projects, gained hands-on experience, and took their first confident steps into the IT industry.

This year marked a major milestone for the CSoft Internship Program - with nearly twenty applicants for every internship position, the selection process was both exciting and challenging. The strong interest and impressive quality of candidates became the reason we welcomed our largest group of interns so far.
Our mentors played a key role in shaping the internship experience. They didn’t just assign tasks — they coached, guided, and encouraged interns to think critically and solve problems independently. Whether it was reviewing code, discussing test scenarios, or debugging a tricky issue, mentors were there to ensure that interns understood the “why” behind every decision. This personal support helped build real confidence, fostered curiosity, and ensured that learning stayed at the center of every challenge.
The main question asked is "How do we fight AI?"
WE DON’T. At CSoft, we believe in embracing innovation — and that includes the smart use of AI tools. During the internship, we encouraged participants to explore AI as a way to boost productivity and solve problems creatively. But we also made it clear: AI is a tool, not a shortcut. Before leaning on it, our interns were guided to understand the core principles of coding, testing, and system logic. We see AI as a powerful ally — but one that works best when paired with strong technical foundations and critical thinking.
Last month, 16 of our amazing interns officially joined the CSoft team — turning their internship experience into full-time careers!
Their dedication, growth, and collaborative spirit throughout the internship didn’t just impress us — it inspired us. We’re excited to welcome them as full-fledged colleagues and look forward to seeing how they’ll continue to grow and shape the future of tech with us.
