Analyze business processes within the organization and at clients, identify automation opportunities and propose concrete solutions
Select and configure/apply/implement appropriate AI tools and platforms to automate business processes— from ready-made AI agents and no-code/low-code solutions to integrated workflow platforms

Actively follow the development of AI tools and technologies and propose innovative approaches to improving workflows

We would like to invite you if you cover these essentials:

Have experience in business process analysis — ability to understand how a process works, identify inefficiencies and propose how AI can improve it
Have hands-on experience with diverse AI tools — automation platforms, AI agents, prompt engineering, workflow automation
Ability to structure and document processes (as-is/to-be) and assess automation potential (effort, risk, benefits)
Understanding of AI solution limitations and risks — knowing when to use them and when not to, especially in a regulated environment
Experience with agentic architectures, MCP connectors or AI workflow orchestration
Have excellent communication skills — ability to explain technical solutions to a non-technical audience, work directly with clients and lead the process from idea to implementation
Have analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently
Are proactive and eager to follow and apply new developments in the AI field
Know English very well.

Even better if you:

Have knowledge of business processes in the banking or financial sector
Have experience with software testing or QA automations
Have knowledge and experience with databases and API integrations
