AI Engineer

• Join our team in Varna, working across our banking products (BrightOS, bDigital) and our internal engineering tooling — bringing AI into both where it earns its place
• Build AI features into our banking products end-to-end — design, build, evaluate, ship (e.g. document understanding, in-product assistants, exception/anomaly triage)
• Automate internal engineering and ops workflows with LLMs and agents — code-review assistance, test and documentation generation, ticket triage, internal data tasks
• Еstablish AI-assisted development practices across teams — patterns, guardrails, and tooling around the coding harnesses we already use
• Own integrations fully: prompt and agent design, API integration, evaluation harnesses, and ongoing monitoring of output quality and cost
• Prototype fast, then harden what works into supported tools — keeping experiments and production clearly separated
• Do all of the above in a team for which Clean Architecture does not mean "cleaned building" and Design Language is not the language that designers speak

We would like to invite you if you:

Cover these essentials:

• Have strong general software engineering skills and ship production code independently
• Have demonstrated experience integrating LLMs or building agent workflows — prompting, RAG, tool/function calling, evaluation
• Are comfortable with APIs, automation, and integrating systems
• Have sound instincts around security and sensitive-data handling
• Have at least 5 years of experience in software development

Even better if you:

• Have experience building internal developer tooling or platforms
• Are familiar with LLM evaluation and observability — eval frameworks, tracing, cost monitoring.
