Manual Mobile QA Engineer (iOS & Android)

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory test cases and checklists based on business and technical requirements
• Perform comprehensive testing on physical iOS and Android devices as well as emulators and simulators to ensure consistent application behavior across different screen sizes, resolutions, and operating system versions
• Analyze end-to-end user workflows to identify edge cases, requirement inconsistencies, logical gaps, and potential risks
• Document, prioritize, and track software defects in Atlassian Jira, including detailed reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, test environment information, logs, screenshots, and video recordings
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, including software developers, business analysts, UX/UI designers, and product managers
• Coordinate beta testing activities and manage the distribution of pre-release builds through Apple Test Flight, Firebase App Distribution, and Google Play Console (Internal & Closed Testing)

We would like to invite you if you cover these essentials:

• 3–5 years of proven experience testing native mobile applications for both iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of mobile platform fundamentals, including Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles
• Hands-on experience testing push notifications, deep links, biometric authentication, application permissions, camera and file system access, foreground/background behavior, application interruptions, and network-related scenarios (2G/3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, airplane mode, and offline mode)
• Experience validating installation, upgrade, data migration, backward compatibility, and clean installation scenarios
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, WebSocket communication, JSONstructures, status codes, and client-server interactions
• Practical experience using Postman or similar API testing tools
• Basic SQL knowledge for validating database consistency and backend data updates
• Experience working with test management and documentation platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent written and spoken English.

The following are considered as an advantage:

• Experience with mobile test automation using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar frameworks
• Ability to define automation scope and evaluate automated test results.
