Mid/Senior Automation QA Engineer

• Test Planning & Design: Independently design, maintain, and manage detailed test scenarios for complex backend processes and system integrations
• Backend Automation: Develop and maintain clean, stable, and scalable automation code to validate the system's business logic
• Data Validation: Verify data integrity and ensure the correctness of database records following test scenario execution
• Defect Analysis: Identify software bugs and architectural gaps, effectively distinguishing between actual defects and intended system features
• Reporting & Analytics: Monitor automated script execution and deliver comprehensive test result reports and metrics to technical teams

Cover these essentials

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in testing backend platforms, API services, and core systems
• Database Proficiency (SQL): Hands-on experience with SQL, including the ability to write queries for data extraction, filtering, verification, and test data preparation
• Used Automation Tools: Practical experience or strong theoretical knowledge of at least one leading automation framework (e.g., Playwright for API/Web, Postman, or similar tools)
• Programming Skills: Foundational knowledge of programming principles and a solid understanding of at least one modern language – TypeScript, Java Script or others
• Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, status codes, and data structures (JSON/XML)
• Process-Driven Automation: Ability to independently translate complex, multi-step business workflows into end-to-end automated test cases

Even better if you possess the following:

• Domain Knowledge: Experience or a strong understanding of business processes within the banking and financial sector
• Web Automation: Hands-on experience with web automation testing frameworks, such as Playwright and TestComplete
• Test Management: Experience working with modern Test Management Systems (TMS)
• AI & Innovation: Knowledge and practical application of AI Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize QA workflows
