We would like to meet you if you:

Have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both creating modern user interfaces (UI) and developing complete graphic and advertising concepts
Are proficient in Figma and can confidently use Variables, Advanced Auto Layout, Design Tokens, and Dev Mode
Have experience in building, documenting, and maintaining scalable design systems that ensure visual and technical consistency
Have an excellent command of Adobe Creative Cloud products, primarily Photoshop and Illustrator
Are knowledgeable in current accessibility standards and native platform guidelines, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design 3+
Understand technical limitations and can deliver well-structured, development-ready screens to engineering teams
Have strong sense of modern trends in composition, typography, and visual hierarchy

The following are considered as an advantage:

Previous experience designing FinTech products, mobile/internet banking platforms, or complex SaaS systems
Skills in Motion Design or 3D UI, using tools such as Rive, Spline, or After Effects
Understanding modern front-end principles, including HTML5, CSS/Tailwind, and basic React or Angular concepts
Practical experience using Generative AI tools to accelerate concept creation, asset generation, and image processing workflows
